I am amused upon reading the news about: "Team Rama (Rejects Are My Allies). It's show time." And Tony Cuenco took exception that he did not lose any election in the city. And the story goes on for the others who have not yet tasted the bitterness of losing in an election. Maybe this will be the first time they will take part in the reality of losing in an election without the "magic name" Osmena because all their lives they have been the "silent beneficiary" of that name which was established  and made popular by the "Grand Old Man Of Cebu," who is considered second to none in honesty, patriotism and statesmanship in Cebu and even in the whole country. 

All the political names that cropped up and became popular in Cebu, they have one way or another got the blessing from Don Sergio or his equally popular and charismatic son, Serging. And Tommy is the acknowledged holder of the "burning" torch which was handed down to him as a legacy from Don Sergio. Whoever goes with Tommy in his political journey of a lifetime will reap the unconditional support and trust of the Cebuanos in the polls. And they have all the reasons to do just that because Tommy is always there to make Cebu City a happy and peaceful place for them to live. Cebu City will always be an "Osmena Country" with Tommy's leadership!

Magtatampo usab siya isip magsusulat sa nasudnong magasin,  "Philippines Free Press" ug sa mga nag-unang peryodiko dinhi sa dakbayan sa Sugbo sa lunhaw pa ang iyang pangedaron. Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig. Niadtong tunga-tungang bahin sa tuig 2000, nilalin siya ngadto sa tinipong nasod sa Amerika ug sulod sa napulo (10) ka tuig, nagtrabaho siya sa  buhatan sa kagamhanan sa nasod sama  sa  UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS).  Karon sa pangedaron nga 67,  gihuptan gihapon niya ang walay pagkutat nga kadasig ug walay busganan nga kaikag sa pagpaambit sa iyang nahuptang abilidad  ug kabatid sa panulat.  Dili niya mapugngan ang kaugalingon sa pagpaambit sa iyang mga hunahuna labi na kon molambigit kini ug hisgotanan nga makadani sa iyang mga mata.)
