Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA KASIKAS SA MOHULIP PAGKA HEPE SA KORTE SUPREMA

As always, from the beginning, I have a soft spot for Sec. De Lima to be on the short list for the CJ post in SC. It is time-tested that the lady can be expected to "deliver the goods" when she triumphantly blocked the "ill-conceived" TRO hatched up by the "Corona-influenced" Supreme Court. Had she failed in that "acid-test" of her assigned task, that "little girl" GMA would now have been grinning from "ear to ear" in a safe hideaway in some foreign countries away fro the clutches of the Philippine court's jurisdiction. The opinion advanced by Solita Collas-Monsod is no different from the column of that "old man" Amando Doronila, whose opinion in his column bespeaks of how it is to be when people are tired of reading what's in his mind hoping that it can contribute to what we call ingredients for a "healthy" nation building.

 It would be quite a "disrespect" for the good name that he has established for himself during his "younger days" but when people noticed that "more often than not" he failed to substantiate his thoughts with what is expected of him to be "in line with reality" then he cannot blame if his written piece, though superbly written, will just go into the dustbin of "false pretenses."
