Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KISAW SULOD SA KORTE SUPREMA???

Don't you know that behind the scenes, CJ Sereno must have been "pressured" to stamp" her signature of approval because the group of the "old Boys Club" could be exerting their "undue pressure" to Sereno otherwise she will "feel the heat" of their belligerence? That decision is nothing different from the previous SC decision where the same group of "GMA boys" handed down a "hastily prepared" one that would have allowed GMA to travel abroad to escape from the "pile" of charges detailing her "misdeeds" during her 9-year reign hadn't it been for the heroic stand of Sec. De Lima who stood her ground "fair and square" and inflicted an ignominious defeat to GMA "appointees" headed by the ousted CJ Corona at the airport standoff that foiled their plan. I can just imagine that if Sereno were still the same Associate Justice she would have written another dissenting opinion against what could be a "majority decision" of those belonging to the "kapal muks." And this possibility is not far-fetched considering the tenure of these "scalawags" in the SC is still existing unless they are impeached for good like their "fellow tuta" Corona. And the people can only hold their breathe in disgust and pray that the "Good Lord of Mercy" will enlighten them to be guided with wisdom and to discharge their duties in a manner as honestly, as strictly, and without "malice" to what they have previously pledged in their oath of office. 

But if the people can notice again a "prevailing disconcerted" decision under the influence of the "Old Boys Club" maybe it would be high time for P-Noy to institute the "necessary remedy" otherwise CJ Sereno will be held captive in her own turf by these "shameless GMA remnants" who are fully determined to sabotage the "matuwid na daan" initiated by P-Noy.
