The line of reasoning why the city council wants to hold in abeyance the stay of the squatters in Kamagayan District, Citi Center Complex is tainted with insinuations that the city council is politicking in behalf of the said squatters. Perhaps the little favor that it wants to obtain would not have been achieved if there is nobody in the city council where they can turn to. It's a blessing in disguise there is a man in the person of city councilor Alvin Dizon, who according to Frank

All the poor people want is a little respect from the city hall management under Mike Rama to allow them to have the amenities provided by law like formal eviction notice and a suitable relocation site.
