To be fair with Tommy O let us give him a free hand if he wants to buy new SUVs for his barangay leaders. When Mike Rama bought a fleet of new motor vehicles for his political allies in the mountain barangays we did not hear anything from "Sir Bob" about suggesting for the money to be used for any other project instead of the new vehicles. Ang problema diha "Sir Bob" ug way pundo nga kakuhaan 

si Tommy nga ipalit ug mga bag-ong sakyanan aron itugbang sa gibuhat ni Mayor Mike. 

 Now going back to the issue about Governor Gwen making provincial sorties and acting like a new version of "Santa Claus" giving "early Christmas gifts" to different provincial sectors and distributing money to them using the PDAF (Provincial Development Assistance Fund) belonging to Vice Governor Magpale and some PB members now belonging to opposite political camp of the Liberal Party, I agree with  Bobby's views that Magpale should not take it "sitting down." As an opposition leader working for the  good of their party her "motherly" behavior shown when asked to comment about it does not sit well with the LP's followers to condone the governor's "disrespect" for their supposed prerogative over the distribution of those funds intended for their constituents with various designated projects. What complicates the matter was that the distribution was done in the presence of the governor's brod PJ Garcia who is running for governor and Boboy Durano for VG thereby making their appearance  a "vehicle" for promoting their candidacies to the provincial electorate. At least, Magpale should now do a "little homework" on how to counter the governor's crippling move so the Liberal Party will have a fighting chance in this political race. Pundits believe that he or she who holds the purse has the greater chance to sway the election results in her favor.  And to think that Junjun Davide, the LP standard bearer for Cebu provincial governor made earlier announcement that the national leadership of the Liberal Party will not provide local campaign funds for local leaders is another formidable problem to tackle with if they want not to be left behind in this political race. In this connection, there was a comment I read from another guy interpreting the "lukewarm" attitude shown by Vice Governor Magpale in her  reaction as seemingly to condone on the governor's preemptive move on the distribution of PDAF could lead to budding intrigues that elicit "secret agreement" hatched by the Bakud Party to favor the "Garcia-Magpale" tandem. 

But I don't buy that cheap insinuation as the man behind the leadership of the powerful and influential Bakud Party of the 5th District is the Honorable Dodong Nito of Danao City whose birthday anniversary held early this year was graced no less by the presence of President Noynoy with his  entire cabinet members.
