Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA BULUHATON ALANG SA BAG-ONG NATUDLO

Quoting the Sunstar editorial urging Bimbo Fernandez, who is newly appointed as Undersecretary of DILG,

to be non-partisan is like tying himself with a rope so he can no longer move freely as what he thinks he should. Non-partisan is a word coined by those who are in the other side of the political fence in their attempt to picture him doing what they have in mind. But for this guy to discharge his function in public office to become effective he should be guided by what he perceives is the most laudable path to follow for the success of the office he represents. He should not entertain the idea that because the other path he considers as more appropriate happens to be the same as that which this political leader is championing that he will deviate from it otherwise he will be branded as partisan because that will defeat the very essence of why he was chosen to be there.

 If he thinks it is for the welfare of the common man in the street then he should go for it without minding some views on the side which tries to make their stand neutral but in reality they are the ones very partisan.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
