Kaban ni D_BystandeR: TUNOKONG KANDIDATURA

I have been following this "thorny area" in Jun Pe's candidacy and it is not that he based this in his own "greedy political ambition" but truth to tell there was an information to the effect that Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes had given his favorable "say" on the matter as it involves a different set of voters to choose or elect him. But in the supporting theory advanced by the "legal minds"of Team Rama, they argued that Jun Pe is "plainly addressed" as City Councilor of Cebu City and not City Councilor of Cebu North District. So if he transferred to Cebu South District as candidate for city councilor in that area, it would make no difference and as such he will still be covered by the term limit prohibition set forth in his position. But the "catch" here is that there is a different set of people to cast their votes for him not like when he ran for same position in the North District. The case is now I think with the Comelec to decide so whatever is the outcome the people are "holding their breath" as according to some observers Tommy could be "playing a game of chance in this case" because if the Comelec decision is "unfavorable" Tommy could not replace him anymore with another one as the period for the official filing of candidacy is already closed. 

But it's a nobody's time to talk "nasty" about his candidacy because this case was first subjected to a lot of "soul searching and legal consultations" that nobody at this "stage" can categorically claim they already got the "ultimate answer."
