Kaban ni D_BystandeR: HALAPAD ANG KASINGKASING NI BEBOT

I understand the side of City Councilor Rodrigo "Bebot" Abellanosa and he has to consider some "irritants" by somebody from Inayawan especially that politics can assume many other "faces" just to give him a distraction. 

But overall, I find his acceptance of city's scholarship program commendable as it enables the dreams of otherwise financially "hard-up" students to continue their educational struggle with the kind assistance of a city councilor who incidentally owns the ACT (Asian College of Technology). And the P10T/student allotment of the scholarship is not enough but he just waived the extra fees of about P5T collectible per student as a sign of his "added" contribution" on their behalf. And it is not 5T out of 7T scholarships but only 4T and the rest distributed to other schools. Incurring a P60M collectible from the city out of this scholarship grant is not easy but it appears he is inclined to apply for outside loan rather "to press" the city for immediate payment. And for the tax exemption, he got a compromise agreement with the city where he has to pay only 50 percent and that's good enough. And this tax compromise agreement is not for him alone to enjoy because the other schools accepting the grants also got them. 

The bottom line here is that he has helped a lot of our aspiring youths who qualified for the scholarship grants to get their dreams and aspirations for a brighter future secured for them with the help of City Councilor Bebot Abellanosa, the man with a "big heart!"

Magtatampo usab siya isip magsusulat sa nasudnong magasin,  "Philippines Free Press" ug sa mga nag-unang peryodiko dinhi sa dakbayan sa Sugbo sa lunhaw pa ang iyang pangedaron. Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCANO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig. Niadtong tunga-tungang bahin sa tuig 2000, nilalin siya ngadto sa tinipong nasod sa Amerika ug sulod sa napulo (10) ka tuig, nagtrabaho siya sa  buhatan sa kagamhanan sa nasod sama  sa  UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS).  Karon sa pangedaron nga 67,  gihuptan gihapon niya ang walay pagkutat nga kadasig ug walay busganan nga kaikag sa pagpaambit sa iyang nahuptang abilidad  ug kabatid sa panulat.  Dili niya mapugngan ang kaugalingon sa pagpaambit sa iyang mga hunahuna labi na kon molambigit kini ug hisgotanan nga makadani sa iyang mga mata.)
