Maybe Mon Tulfo is very busy he cannot anymore distinguish his covered topic like the suspension order issued to Gwen Garcia which he described as caused by only a "minor misdeed."

 Is it still a minor misdeed when the Vice Governor Greg Sanchez was "inhumanly treated" such that his budget for his office was reduced to a minuscule amount that he can no longer move and do his usual official duties and the powers inherent to his office was unjustly usurped by the "power hungry" Gov. Gwen. As a result of that inhuman treatment which was "too much a man could bear," the poor Vice Governor Sanchez died a "broken man." Because she was pampered by "that little girl" GMA before during GMA's time she believes she is "above the law." That's why she sticks to her seat in her office like a "leech" although already stripped of her powers for Gov. Agnes Magpale is now the one calling the shots and holding the reign as the newly-installed Governor of Cebu. But Gwen should not take for granted the "kindness" shown by Gov. Magpale. She should not misread the "handwriting on the walls." 

Because there is a limit to "human patience" and when the limit to the "maximum tolerance" is reached, Gwen

should expect it because that's what is best for her: To be "bodily removed" from her office by the police to give peace at the Cebu Capitol and to stop once and for all, "the abusive" reign of the suspended governor which is "long overdue."
