Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MARTSA SA KAGAWASAN???

I find it preposterous that the supporters of the suspended Gov. Gwen conducted what they called, "Freedom march," on Sunday, Dec. 30, from Fuente Osmena to  the Capitol. 

The highly partisan participation of a few mayors involved in that "small gathering" of about 800 people (from information furnished by a concerned observer) is questionable because they seem to support and condone the "shameless" callousness shown by Madam Gwen to stick to her office inside the Capitol disrespecting a  suspension order issued by the Office of the President. She is, by all means, showing  a bad example to the people not to respect the "rule of law" issued by duly constituted  authorities. Her intransigence is not doing her any good but is only promoting chaos  inside the Capitol while normally she could have stayed outside the premises of the  Capitol considering that she has no more power to wield since power has already  been transferred to Governor Agnes Magpale by operation of law thereby stripping Gwen all her powers that she once had. In the side of fairness, to allow Gov. Magpale to be able to discharge her duties and responsibilities as the acting governor smoothly and  unhampered by the unnecessary interference of a partisan crowd supporting the  suspended Gwen, the idea advanced by PRO 7 Director Marcelo Garbo setting a time-frame of before January 1, 2013, if the suspended Gwen still refuses to vacate her "room" they will be constrained to effect her "bodily removal" from her "room," is the most appropriate move they could make. 

And that is even held by some quarters  as a move they call, "better late than never," to finally serve "peace of mind" to the  law-abiding Cebuanos who constitute the "silent majority," and to henceforth impose the general concept of the "rule of law" to be respected which fittingly and logically  fall within its police powers to implement.
