Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NAAY NANGGAMIT? UG NAAY NAGPAGAMIT?

The Barangay Health Workers (BHW) who were sent to the Cebu Capitol should be looked into by the DILG. They should be marked absent from their respective place of work because they were not on "official business" but on a personal motive to dramatize moral support to the embattled governor. 

The corresponding town mayors who were responsible 

in sending them there should also be made to explain why they were "allowed" to go and leave their work under such flimsy reason. And also the expenses incurred in hiring those big passenger buses that transported those health workers to the Capitol should be scrutinized. Many of the governor's supporters were quick to condemn the "timing" of the order but they failed to consider the gravity of what Gov. Gwen did to Vice Gov. Sanchez who was dubbed as the "most maligned" Cebu Vice Governor we ever had. It was held by many that the relentless "attacks" by Gov. Gwen to VG Sanchez, subjecting him to all kinds of "personal insults and abuse of power" had caused him to be physically, mentally and spiritually a devastated man. 

And that was too much a man could bear! All these known factors, many would say, had largely hastened his early "rendezvous" with our Creator.
