You are very much mistaken. That woman is a nymphomaniac, resulting from the fact that she was raped by her uncle. Now she claims that every man she has sex with has raped her. Actually, she is the one enticing the men. Ask the other people who are under the Witness Protection Program in Cebu, and they will tell you that this woman volunteered to give Pabroa a massage. That woman also does not sleep. She spends the whole night watching light porn in the Cinema One channel. The Witness Protection Program is faulty: it does not implement sound policies, and this woman is one of those mistakes. She should have been investigated thoroughly, and should have undergone psychiatric evaluation before being accepted to the program. But she claimed that she was in danger and so she was given protection. She claims that Pabroa raped her 36 times. Impossible! Pabroa has guarded her for only 2 days since she was in the WPP. Check the logbooks. How many hours would 36 times take? And she told officers that she was raped only 3 times, but when she goes to the media, it becomes 36. She also claimed that she was gang raped in Lapulapu 10 or 11 times. The way that she has imagined and bloated the Pabroa incident, I'm sure that the rape did not happen at all. The WPP planned to have the girl undergo psychiatric evaluation, but she refused because she said that she is not crazy. But she is. She is using the situation to get money from the government. I'm sure that she pretended to have been gang raped so that she will stay in the WPP, and be given a monthly allowance of 8,500, money which she could not earn as a prostitute, which she was before she entered the WPP. Poor Pabroa: his wife has just given birth, and now he is suspended because of the lies of a nymphomaniac. Shame on her. As for you, Mr. Bystander, do not judge. You do not know the whole story. I must admit you should be a creative person who easily concocts lies at the click of a finger. This rape-victim in the first place is not a prostitute. And being raped by her uncle and some other sex maniacs does not necessarily make her a prostitute. You seem to be so knowledgeable that I am beginning to suspect you must be connected with some of those DOJ insiders who wanted to besmirch her reputation and maliciously tried to hide the identity of that DOJ marshal (guard-protector turned a consummate rapist). Your line of argument closely resemble the strategy that Prosecutor Llena Ipong-Avila tried to advance to weaken the gravity of Romelo Pabroa's inhuman crime of subjecting the victim to repeated crime of rape. Perhaps you do not have a sister or you do not feel how a parent whose daughter is subjected to this kind of despicably outrageous abuse should correspondingly react to this crime that it seems easy for you to add salt to the untold suffering of the aggrieved. But if you are a man with conscience you will surely regret what you have done but the problem is if you do not have a conscience then we have nothing to argue.
