Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KATUMBAHON ANG PANUDLANAN SA DAKBAYAN SA SUGBO???

A contractor hired by JICA and named Yasuhiro Kabawata to assess SRP gave an overall rating of D or unsatisfactory. And it was disclosed that 18 years after it was built only a  portion was developed. But this assessment cannot be  accurately used to gauge effectively the success or failure of those who created the safeguards and procedures as to how it should be managed to attain success. I have read the statements of Tommy O being interviewed in another forum by another columnist whose outlook in his commentary is more professional and responsible and not like those whose opinions are biased with hidden agenda in favor of some of their favored politician. I submit to the wisdom of Tommy's assertion that Mayor Mike can entertain any SRP buyer who wants to visit SRP and he can sing, dance and do what he wants under the sun but in the end he should abide with the accepted criteria or guidelines being set forth to govern the transaction of any prospective buyer.

And one thing Tommy does not want to happen to SRP is the thing that happened to the north reclamation area where lots were sold to speculators at a price of P70 per square meter and is now commanding a tag price of P15,000 per square meter but the land is there lying idle. In other words, Tommy does not want SRP to be sold like what is done in a "fire sale." And according to Tommy this is the first time in 25 years  where the city government is in the "red" or in the "edge" of  of bankruptcy under Mayor Mike Rama's administration where the city hall is in deficit of over a billion pesos. And lately the City Council questions the generosity of the city hall to propose an appropriation of P100M for the police, etc. Tommy wants to safeguard the future of SRP because according to him we have only one SRP.

Nahimo siyang mamumuo sa usa ka pribadong kompaniya sa dakbayan sa Sugbo, ESCAÑO LINES, sulod sa napulo ug duha (12) ka tuig  dayon niyang tapon  ngadto sa NAPOCOR  ug nahimong kawani sa kagamhanan  sulod sa bayente dos (22) ka tuig.
