Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY LAWOM NGA MOTIBO ANG PANAWAY NI MAYOR RICKY???

Since the start of calamities hitting Cebu, I find Mayor Ricky Ramirez of Medellin, Cebu finding convenience in utilizing them for more mileage for his aggressive political tirades against Gov. Jun with only one motive: to put under the cloud of doubt the ability of Gov. Jun Davide to ably govern his administration. The long reported capability and in line with the "daang matuwid" policy of Pres. Noynoy being followed strictly by Gov. Jun is not enough for Mayor Ricky for whatever opening he finds that in his suspicious thinking could support to castigate the present administration of Gov. Jun he does it with gusto and with him whose only ultimate wish to make him happy is for Gov. Jun to resign. I find it hard to decipher the kind of man that purportedly he wants to be. Where was he during the time of former Gov. Gwen whose administration was fashioned after that of GMA, her supposed "idol and benefactor," where "graft and corruption" was the "rule of the day." The "Balili-gate" scandal was the culmination of her 3-term administration as the reigning governor which this "good Mayor" never finds anything of any questionable transaction that could prod him to ask for her resignation because he himself runs unperturbed in his own turf.

Not even during the time when his complicity was questioned in the death of his longtime bodyguard named "Ilde" who suffered gunshot wound resulting from a wayward firing shot from the "good Mayor" while his bodyguard was asleep on a bench. And now he has the temerity to ask Gov. Jun to resign?
