Kaban ni D_BystandeR: GIBUWAGAN NA NI KONSEHAL WENCESLAO ANG IYANG ABYAN SA KONSEHO???

The claim by Councilor Noel Wenceslao that he finds his present situation outside the "hold" of BOPK as "ideal" for him as he has nobody anymore to consult every time he has something in mind of what to do, is for me, not in the best interest of a team work.  While he was still a regular member in his former group, he has  to realize that somebody was monitoring the members actions so that those acts will be studied if they conform to the core values being adopted by the group to fully serve their city constituents.  It will be reckless for him to say that now that he believes he is already "independent," he can do what he wants "for the good of the people." He should be guided in the genuine belief that some people even has to consult a lot of their "advisers" because you cannot just simply decide on your own that your adopted "decision" is fully acceptable to the people. Some would even seek another "independent" opinion to be sure he is on the right track.
