Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY KALABOTAN ANG INAHAN SA PAGPAMALIGYA UG DINALIANG KALIPAY?
Considered as the oldest
profession, a 15-year-old girl who was said to have slept with a 65-year-old Japanese national
in two occasions, is now in quandary as she is now asked by authorities to
execute an affidavit pointing to her mother as accompanying her to a hotel to
sleep with the old Japanese who reportedly supplied money to pay her tuition
fee in school. But can you blame these poor guys who are caught in the web of
crippling poverty stalking the poor in our country? Some of the poor have even
engaged in peddling illegal drugs just to earn a living. And others caught have
been sentenced to languish in jail for lifetime imprisonment. These are the unfortunate things happening in our
country. And this will again go back to the question that if our lawmakers have
only done to do their share in honest nation-building rather than be dragged
into their criminal involvement of the notorious PDAF scam, thousands of our
youths could have been saved from following a distorted path because with
abundant jobs made available to their parents they could have avoided this kind of unfortunate situation and to follow instead
the "Matuwid na daan" of P-Noy.
