Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MGA BAKANG NAKABAROG NA GIKAN SA KATALAGMAN SA FUKUSHIMA???

It's amazing to find out how orderly and successfully the Japanese government was able to graciously overcome that "big, gigantic mess" in Fukushima. It is  rewarding to think that because of Japan's common sense and humanitarian approach to successfully solve that huge mess the people directly affected were adequately assisted and were finally able to overcome the "after effects"  of that dreadful experience which claimed the lives of 19,000 people. But as  human beings, some questions that reflect bitterness, is only minimal if we are to consider that they are now making their lives like normal human beings do.
