I sometimes appreciate your ideas because what you're doing is like you're solving a "crossword puzzle." And your idea to make it be easily understood better by PDI readers is to unmask the "hidden hand" of P-Noy as the ultimate "instigator" of the recently declared "all-out war" against the BIFF. And it could be because he wants to pick up the broken pieces where he left miserably and was badly ridiculed upon seeing the dead cadavers of 44 SAF cops lying on the wayside. Now he wants to regain his lost "image" but at the expense of the poor evacuees who are now badly cramped inside evacuation centers with no adequate help from the government to safeguard their health and most importantly to avoid losing lots of civilian lives as "collateral damage" to the all-out war waged by the AFP against the BIFF.
