Kaban ni D_BystandeR: COMELEC ANGAYANG MUSUSI SA TUKMANG LAKANG ALANG SA MGA BOTANTE

Instead of doing something to improve their image because it is  common occurrence that voters are disenfranchised and not able to vote not on their own fault but because of some messy procedures that Comelec is doing by regrouping a lot of precincts in one cluster that voters will have a hard time finding their names in the voters' list, now this lawyer, Marchel Sarno, is giving an advance notice to people that 40T will not be able to  vote because of failure to vote for two consecutive elections. This should  be the last thing they should have done because it adds to the frustration and disappointment of the people that Comelec is only actively doing how to disenfranchise them by some technicalities instead of encouraging them to exercise their sacred right of suffrage to vote.
