Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KALAMBOAN SA TOLEDO, GIBABAGAN???

I don't know what's wrong with a reclamation project. And it is not the first time that a reclamation is only known now because there is a plan by Toledo City under Sonny Osmena's leadership to have it as their primary means to  develop more the potentials of Toledo City. If the reasons advanced by those who are against it is valid, how come there has been so many reclamation  projects now all over the country that were already successfully developed?  Let us be practical that is not a "bane" but a "boon" for the city if it finally takes off to a good start.
