Kaban ni D_BystandeR: WALAY KALAMBOAN ANG SUGBO TUNGOD RA PUD NI MIKE!!!

Mayor Mike Rama has only himself to blame if he finds the city devoid of any infrastructure projects implemented by DPWH. He always says a big "NO"  whenever political opponents want to introduce some improvements to the  city because he is afraid that improvements will be credited to his political opponents. And now he has the gall to complain that he is left behind by the national government in the infrastructure projects supposed to be given to the city.
