Kaban ni D_BystandeR: PAGKASENADOR DILI NATO IHIKAW NI MANNY PACQUIAO
If men of lesser quality than
Manny Pacquiao were able to win and become senators, why single-handedly
pinpoint him to deprive him of his chance to show his mettle in the Senate?
From the standpoint of Pacquiao as a religious leader and who is known and revered and respected the
world over by millions of his adoring fans and admirers, the idea that came out
of this article espousing an argument that clearly downplays his sterling
qualities and human virtues which nobody can replicate is a kind of hollow and
baseless attack which can only be expected to come from people who refuse to
honor a man who has assumed and captured a phenomenon that is truly hard to
replicate by any other human being in this planet. Come to think of it, his playbook that
originated in a story where only fiction writers can write convincingly but
here we are a living witness to how God in His infinite blessing to a man who,
as a little boy, roams around the streets with empty stomach due to gnawing
poverty, can become somebody in his prime where he now earns his billions the
hard way inside the ring in a mortal combat that could prove fatal to him any
moment if he makes a wrong move. He is not like some politicians who, instead
of crafting legislative agenda to improve the lot of the poor are doing
something to enrich themselves neglecting the poor who wallow in extreme poverty.
Pacquiao, with his heart who knows how hard
it is for the poor to survive without the help and proper guidance of our
government leaders, is the man in whose hands many things can be expected to
come up to help improve the living conditions of the poor. And who knows with
his heart who truly loves the poor he can do something which will prove all
those people to be wrong for saying something against him. Mabuhay si Manny
Pacquiao for Senator!
