KINSA MAN ANG TINUOD NGA BABAG SA KAHUSAY UG KALINAW SA MINDANAO???

In sound exercise of the Doctrine of Checks and Balances, Congress may go to court and question the declaration of Martial Law.

However, the current circumstances warranting the declaration of Martial Law prove to be sufficient in substance. Reading the papers today readily shows that 2000 people are still trapped in Marawi, coupled with unending throng of evacuees spreading into neighboring Mindanao and Visayas provinces.  Mind you, all these are tell tale signs that the factual basis in declaring Martial Law are not imagined.

It  was hinged on solid factual grounds because lawlessness and public safety require it. That the declaration of Martial Law is not mere conclusion of Digong. Candidly, his legal basis  is the Constitution.

Lagman, Villarino and company should understand that being with the minority block does not give them the blanket authority to cast malice on Digong's declaration of Martial Law. They better do soul searching and realize that what they are doing  is throwing roadblocks in  the firm resolve of government to eliminate the peace and order problem in Mindanao and elsewhere in the country.

Digong's strong will and ironclad determination perfectly match against the rampaging Maute and ISIS. Go, go, go, Digong!!!
