Kaban ni D_BystandeR: AMLC GIGAMIT SA GOBYERNO BATOK SA DILI MGA ALYADO???

At a time when most of advanced Western countries and in Europe were already outlawing the government's use of wiretapping to generally safeguard the people's privacy rights and freedom from the government's undue and insidious interference of their basic human rights, the government of BS Aquino is now filing a bill amending the wiretapping law of 2002. But before the filing of this Bill 5839, the Aquino administration was already reported earlier in the papers as having purchased highly sophisticated gadgets probably in preparation for the most crucial 2016 presidential elections where Aquino is expected to use all possible and available gadgets to further realize his obsession to let Mar Roxas win the election by any "available means." The AMLC which was originally intended by our lawmakers who crafted the law on AMLC only intended to use it against terrorists, drug syndicates, smugglers, etc., is now widely used by Aquino to spy on the financial records of the opposition, using its vast powers to subvert the  generally acknowledged secrecy of the banking law that protects the depositors rights to keep its deposits beyond the political transgression of the incumbent government. And this proposed wiretapping amendment that Aquino is doing through his minions in  congress could be a bad omen for the opposition as this could again be used by Aquino to dig more information from the opposition in whatever guise to realize what it wants "by hook or by crook," to let Mar Roxas win the 2016 polls.
