Kaban ni D_BystandeR; DALAYGON SI LOURDES SERENO, HEPE MAHISTRADA SA KORTE SUPREMA

The Supreme Court under Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno is making some meaningful headway into making its role trustworthy and commendable. May the SC, under CJ Sereno, can still maintain its independence in the midst of some favors that Malacanang seems to  shower it.
