Kaban ni D_BystandeR; DILI PA IGO ANG SENTIDO KOMUN???
You have to go by the rules. Common
sense is not enough because in a court of law there are certain rules you have
to observe. Natandaan ko merong isang huwes na kung gusto niyang magbigay ng
hatol ng kaso ay tinanong muna niya ang mga taong duwende na mga alalay niya.
Maybe this is where your line of thinking is based. Kawawa naman ang mga taong
nabigyan mo ng hatol na hindii batay sa legal procedure.
Footnote: This
comment came out in connection with a news item that appeared in Philstar
entitled, "Ombudsman probes Binay daughter." It came out on December 26,
2014. And my comment is in reply to somebody who uses the name of
"Mark." Because in his reply to my comment, he claimed that I based
my argument in technicality while, according to him, he was using his
"common sense." What I don't like was his propensity to call Binay
and his family guilty based on the charges discussed in BRSC (Blue Ribbon Sub-Committee),
but I claimed exception to that as only the courts can declare a conviction
because the BRSC is doing it only "in aid of legislation" for it does
not have the power to convict. by stevedocwra on
