(Note: This is in reply to a comment earlier posted in the comment portion by someone who calls himself "Mariano Patalinghug of New York," in connection with a news item in PDI, entitled, "Aquino takes swipe at SC." It came out on October 2, 2015.)

You are only trying to deal with the complaint of BS Aquino against what he perceived as promulgating rulings that he described as "judicial legislation." But as far as the explanation of CJ Sereno is concerned, there is nothing to suggest that they are trying  to drag its feet on special projects. The interest of the landowners when it comes to the  determination of just compensation should not be railroaded because there are standard procedures that the SC follows and it is not just because Aquino wants it to move fast  that the SC will do away with the steps related to such case. But Aquino is only trying to  find fault with how the SC interprets its mandate within the bounds of the law but what  about him where up to now the Yolanda typhoon victims are still not yet given their due as huge money contributions received from foreign countries and from local donors still remained in DSWD account in the bank which Sen. Miriam Santiago claimed is P382.072M. And there are many issues which Aquino is found to be dragging his feet like the giving of  justice to the lumads killed in Mindanao where from 2010 there are already a list of 58 lumad victims who were killed and most of the victims are community leaders. Aquino is  only quick to find fault with the SC but he , himself, is sadly found wanting of the expectation from the public to exercise his mandate to give justice to everybody whether rich or poor alike.
