Kaban ni D_BystandeR; NAGPAGAMIT BA ANG OMBUDSMAN???

It will be known to the whole world from hereon that Ombudsman Conchita Carpio Morales has shamelessly allowed herself to be used by the administration of BS Aquino, her appointing power to the position she currently holds and to which she is greatly indebted to be holding such powerful position when she should have been by now already retired from her SC position as Associate Justice. This is purely politically motivated and is completely devoid of any legal justification inasmuch as the COA  papers covering the charges against Mayor Junjun Binay has just arrived and his answer was yet to be drafted and prepared by his battery of lawyers handling the  case. And yet Ombudsman Morales cannot wait for a considerable length of time within which Mayor Junjun can, at a reasonable period of time, be able to make a  comprehensive reply as customarily normally allowed under a regime supposedly based on fairness and equality as there is supposed to be a presumption of innocence before the court of law. But Morales cannot wait for more time as she was presumably pressured by Malacanang to give the "ultimate" dismissal order against Mayor Junjun even if by giving such order, Ombudsman Morales will appear like a "playtoy" of Aquino to destroy the future of Mayor Junjun politically. But judging from the Ombudsman's "trigger happy" propensity towards the Binays, a very sharp contrasting laxity to exercise the same speed and forcefulness is seen at the way Morales treated the case of Budget Secretary Butch Abad where Abad is facing a  case in his fraudulent involvement with DAP scandal. And everybody will notice how the Ombudsman adopted a highly liberal and lax treatment of the case because the Ombudsman chose to exclude BS Aquino from the DAP scandal even if it is known that no DAP transaction can ever proceed without the approval and imprimatur of Aquino. If Abad is charged with DAP scandal, how come the Ombudsman spared Aquino from his involvement of same when he is even equally or more liable to the commission of the crime than Abad?
