Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY PINALABI ANG PAGPATUMAN SA MASUSPENSO NGA ABUSADO SA GOBYERNO???

This is the most shameful expose showing how the administration of BS Aquino is shamelessly trying to give what we call selective and compartmentalized justice by acting surprisingly very fast in dismissing public officials identified with the opposition but is found "foot dragging" on cases when allies of Aquino and Roxas are involved. Take the case  of Capiz Governor Victor Tanco Sr., a close ally of Aquino and Roxas in the LP who still remained in office 2 months after the Ombudsman had ordered the governor's dismissal on October 22. But DILG officials claimed it had not implemented the order to dismiss him because the Ombudsman  failed to clarify if Tanco's case was covered by "Aguinaldo doctrine." But the Supreme Court had already abandoned that doctrine last month citing  the case of Makati Mayor Junjun Binay as the last public official to have  availed of such doctrine.
