Kaban ni D_BystandeR: GIDUPHAN NI P-NOY SI PURISIMA???
As expected, those who believe to
stand behind BS Aquino under whatever circumstances, whether he is a "sinner or saint,"
can be clearly seen with their kind of comments you can read below. This
editorial, is an impartial analysis of what actually took place right after the
Mamasapano massacre became the "talk of the town," and the
corresponding reaction the people noticed about the Commander-in-Chief who
failed to give his order to rescue the beleaguered
SAF 44 who were said to be surrounded in all fronts by hostile enemies. And because
of his incomparable ineptness, he was portrayed in the testimony of Senator
"TG" Guingona as blameless because, accordingly, Aquino was fed with
information coming from the suspended Purisima, who was said to be
"calling the shots" in the SAF operation to capture "dead or
alive," a terrorist hiding inside the territory controlled by MILF, that
"only 15 or 20" enemies were fighting SAF forces of 160, so that
leaves in the mind of Aquino that his men were not in "actual
danger." But if we try to consider what Guingona is saying, how come
Purisima was allowed to leave unscathed despite his irresponsible report to
Aquino that caused the Mamasapano massacre to happen? Purisima, with the kind
of unpardonable action that he did could have been "court martialed"
or at most, could have been "sent to a firing squad." But Purisima
was having his "sweet time" to exit from the controversy and Aquino
did nothing to punish him for that wrong info because Purisima is Aquino's BFF.
In whatever analysis, people with sound mind could have crucified Aquino in the
bar of public opinion, but no, Aquino still remains as immaculate as ever
before the eyes of his diehard supporters despite the deaths of our SAF 44,
where he did nothing to protect them. And before the eyes of his sycophants,
Aquino is blameless! What a shame!
