It doesn't need much from the efforts of Tommy O to determine the outcome of the next election come 2016 but most likely will have to depend on how Mayor Mike Rama will be able to carry on his job responsibly as city mayor. His perceived anti-poor stance and his propensity to squander precious city funds aimed at galvanizing his chances for his  reelection dreams could backfire in the long run and will ultimately be instrumental to his political downfall as people will lose their rapport and trust in him to ably lead the city's objective to achieve tangible improvements for Cebu City. The political superiority of Tommy O over Mayor Mike has long been established by Tommy's bloodline legacy dating as far back during the time of the famous Don Sergio Osmena whose political history in Cebu and throughout the nation has been widely acknowledged and characterized by his lofty records as a brilliant statesman and with immaculate record of unblemished honesty in public service.
