Kaban ni D_BystandeR: NANURIKBOT UG HINABANG, SA CCTV NAKIT-AN???

This will clearly serve a lesson for a lifetime to a Capitol canteen helper who was caught, not just once but thrice, in a CCTV getting food packs intended for the typhoon victims and which just passed up surreptitiously unknown to the security guards manning the said place. But in a case like this where the "sinner" has publicly confessed and acknowledged her "sins" and has shown herself crying remorsefully to obtain forgiveness, who are we to deny her pleadings? Perhaps we can compare this case to the case with our lawmakers involved in the "pork barrel scam" and to think that they are already wallowing in their "personal wealth" and yet were still tempted to defraud the government in terms of "millions of pesos" with their systematic schemes to unlawfully enrich themselves, how much more for a woman whose husband is sick and is the only "bread winner" in the family?

Comparing the  two, I would rather choose that this woman be given clemency by Gov. Jun, but with a stern warning that a repetition of the same offense will be dealt with accordingly and, henceforth, request for clemency will no longer be entertained to forewarn those would-be "candidates" for the same offense who might expect to obtain the same pardon, if ever, the good Gov. Jun accedes.
