Kaban ni D_BystandeR: GIBINATA ANG PAGPANGLIMPIYO SA BUHATAN SA PANALAPI
I
wonder what kind of administrative control and supervision was applied by
Budget Undersecretary Mario Relampagos that he was not able to "put his
nose" on the questionable activities of some of his staff, including a
janitor and a driver who are found to belong to a gang responsible for the release of
dubious SARO, involving "millions." It would appear he was taking his
job like he was just "walking in the park" unmindful of the
shenanigans committed by people working under him. Will this particular
"lapse of responsibility" be considered a "criminal
negligence?" Can we safely conclude the investigators seem to treat him
with "kid gloves" because he is closely identified with the
"powers-that-be?"
