In a text message, Tommy O celebrates with the news about the final approval of BRT project which originally was his brainchild when he was still at the helm at the City Hall. He deserved it and nobody can lay claim to it except Tommy, and with this new development it is only natural that the entire city residents will rejoice on it knowing that there was a time the people were almost in the brink of being frustrated as there was the likelihood, in as far as the treatment of the national leaders are concerned, that it will be shelved indefinitely.

This proves once again that a truly genuine idea to benefit a great number of Cebuanos will always triumph in the end.
