What Kim Henares of the BIR is doing is to assume that every client of a lawyer is rich and with money to burn, that's why it looks like she is somebody whose feet are not grounded to realities that there are even cases where my lawyer-son would forego the collection of his professional fees because of the poor status of his clients. I wonder why Henares has made herself fallen into the wrong notion that majority of Filipinos are rich and therefore very generous in giving to the lawyers' professional services. And to think that our taxes just go into some of our lawmakers' pockets is very hard to rationalize.
