Kaban ni D_BystandeR: BALAOD SA KALASANGAN ANG GIBAROGAN SA KAGAMHANAN???
I find this comment extremely
sarcastic, vitriolic and devoid of any delicadeza a decent person would have
done knowing that ours is a rule of law and does not implicitly subscribe to
the "law of the jungle" as some yellow fanatics would have wished it
were. In case you forget the basic tenets of law, you should bear in mind that
VP Binay is the 2nd highest official of the land and, as such, like P-Noy, VP Binay is also afforded the immunity
from suit. Binay like P-Noy, will lose their immunity from suit once their term
of office expires. And if you think Binay is already guilty of the charges
heaped against him, P-Noy can expect more charges coming his way once he steps
down from office by June 2016. And just like what he did to GMA, his
predecessor who is now languishing in jail (VMMC hospital), his gloomy future
is such that many already anticipated that at this early his one foot is now in
jail and it is only waiting for the time once he becomes an ordinary man like
us that he will not find himself anything to get bored because by that time
lots of cases filed against him will be coming over to him like a group of ugly
dreams and nightmares that will fester him no end.
I don't know from what source you got
your information that Jojo Binay was a struggling lawyer before he was
appointed OIC of Makati by President Cory. The fact that he was appointed by
Cory as Makati OIC bespeaks of his legitimate credential as a competent lawyer
before his appointment for how could
Cory appoint him if he were such a struggling lawyer? Maybe you will find it strange that during martial law, Binay
was a fearless crusader against human rights violations that he earned the fame
as a fearless street parliamentarian. And he was able to rub elbows with our
renowned and famous statesmen like Senators
Lorenzo Tanada, Jose W. Diokno, Jovito Salonga, Joker Arroyo, Rene Saguisag,
and many others, whose names were already deeply enshrined in the hearts of our
freedom-loving countrymen. Perhaps you are familiar with the saying, "Tell
me who your friends are and I'll tell you who you are." To be in the
company of those longtime greats makes Binay a man of sterling quality as a man
with dedication, honor and integrity. And certainly, your filthy description of
Binay as a "struggling lawyer" does not fit into the actual greatness
of the man you try to defame by using description you just carelessly picked up
from the garbage. It's truly pathetic of you to be so influenced by the dirty
picture the demolition job has created that you seem to be hallucinating with
something that is farthest from the truth. I respectfully rest my case because
it is no use arguing with a man who tries to use fabricated stories of sort
just to justify his baseless allegations and charges.
The way Makati is administered by the
Binays, starting from the time Jojo Binay was appointed OIC in Makati by the
iconic President Cory, it has already transformed into one of the most
prosperous and progressive city in the whole country today. And this explains the competence and
administrative capability of VP Binay who earned the credit to have produced a
city whose constituents are now enjoying incomparable perks and privileges not
seen in other city within the country: Free education, free hospitalization,
free movies to seniors, etc. These are all the unassailable facts about the
privileges given by the Binays to Makati constituents. It only speaks of the
competence and greatness of the Binays. But like a fruit-bearing tree where the
sweetness of its fruits cannot be matched anywhere, it is only natural that
many people who envy it will come to throw stones because of its famous fruits.
If the fruits it produced are sour, nobody will come to throw stones. That is
what's happening to the Binays in Makati today.

quits Aquino Cabinet." It came out on June 22, 2015.
