As a military academy
graduate and ex-army officer...I strongly support the honor code... But... I
think dismissal is overkill... and beyond that there seems to be some parts of
the story/evidence not being revealed or resolved... at worst if he did
"lie?"... he must be punished but dismissal is too strong and wastes
money and potentially a good officer. As
to the OJT requirement, as he was prevented from completing his OJT and OJT has
limited academic value from my experience, "If" he is innocent he
should be granted waiver. "If" he is guilty he should still graduate but
at the bottom of the class... My opinion only...

Like everybody else reading
and following this news I find your comment as reflective of the general sentiment
that is felt by those who still believe in real justice to triumph over those
with perverted mind made up of powerful and influential people with evil agenda
against the poor Cudia.

You fail only when you give
up. I have been fighting the same injustice in my life for 30 years... got a
letter on the desk of my Congressman now...

True and honest observance
of the much-vaunted “Honor Code” will absolve the military institution from any
and all allegations of corruption and shenaniganism.
The sad thing is that,
charges against recalcitrant military officers and men have remained rampant in
our country. We have noted henchmen in
the ranks of the military causing the disappearance of media practitioners and read
in the papers highly publicized investigation covering the overpriced purchase of military hardware and equipment, not to
mention the conviction of a general in the Sandiganbayan.
Truly, if only the military institution, the PMA in
particular, had been successful in imparting the true meaning of the “Honor Code” and
truly imbibed it in the character of its graduates, we would not have seen all these forms of
corruption, misconduct and abuse of power
charges in our midst perpetrated by military officers who sharpened their military background
through the aegis and auspices of the PMA.
But alas! "Honor Code"
seems to be just a lonely code that's only worth reading in manuals, procedures
and speeches.

To add po more than a
decade na po the AFP is run by the sadist PMA criminal syndicate plundering AFP
and tax payers money and persecuting the people. It is only in President
Aquino's time that these sadist PMA crminal syndicates some were caught.even
one killed himself so that he will not be forced to reveal the other members of
the sadist PMA criminal syndicate.
