Bakit kelangan ang 'clearance' ni P-Noy bago ilahad ang mga pangyayari sa kanyang departamento? Unless, of course, he's hinting that P-Noy is the mastermind? Hehehe.

(to Lolo Basyong) I see the logic in your argument. Being the DBM Secretary, Abad does not need any clearance from P-Noy as it is his obligation to explain everything. I doubt if he will be able to give a credible and convincing explanation because they  were doing the DAP in utmost secrecy and did not expect it to be uncovered at the most embarrassing moment of their lifetime. They could now be very busy looking to invent any "saving explanation" but the problem is they are like a man thrown into the middle of a deep blue sea who will most likely grasp at anything in sight just to save himself.
