Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KAGAMHANAN SA MANDAUE, ANGAYAN PATUBAGON SA ASUNTO???

Based on what I learned here in the States, whenever a case of malpractice is filed in court, the aggrieved party sees to it that the hospital management is also included in its court filing to ensure that the damages to be awarded can be sufficiently met because expecting the individual medical practitioners involved to be able to pay for the expected huge financial damages would be next to impossible. It is only logical that the city government of Mandaue City who owns the MCH will also be included in their quest to find justice for the untimely death of the OFW's wife who died out of the unpardonable carelessness of the doctors involved.
