Kaban ni D_BystandeR: MAY KALAINAN ANG SITWASYON NI P-NOY UG NI SERGING???

There is parallelism in the given situation but the root cause, if we are to analyze it to be able to draw a line and thereby form a worthy opinion to render a kind of solid justice that is supported with reason, it is different from that which happened to P-Noy and his Uncle Peping. In the author's case (Atty. JBJ), he was admonished and mistreated by his uncle because the author's uncle was an avid "Duranista." And comparing KBL, to which the Duranos were closely identified to the would-be-dictator at that time, Marcos, and the other side where Serging O was highly revered and respected by the majority of the Cebuanos at that time, and even up to this moment, the actuation of the author's uncle was morally uncalled for and was very much different from the one when applied in comparison to the case between P-Noy and his Uncle Peping. Peping's decision to admonish P-Noy and to withdraw his loyalty from him and preferred to choose somebody, VP Binay, to take over the presidency after P-Noy's resignation, i.e., if ever P-Noy has the delicadeza and respect to honor his Uncle Peping, was based on a highly justified cause because of the death of 44 SAF troopers which could have been avoided if only P-Noy was not inept and did not err in his personal judgment to follow and trust the suspended Purisima over the normal chain of command in the military system to conduct the military operation to safeguard the lives of the cops engaged in that mission to capture Marwan "Dead or Alive.
