UNSA MAN ANG KAMATUORAN LUYO SA DUGUONG PANGHITABO SA BOSTON???

To admit that the bombing suspect in Boston, Dzohkhar Tsarnaev,  was unarmed when shot and arrested is damaging to the presumption of guilt with the way he is portrayed in media. What other damning information the public must know about him? 

The result of investigation conducted by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) revealed that  the  dead suspect's name Tamerlan Tsarnaev appeared  in the list of terrorist groups long before the bombing incident.  Offhand, this  is sending signals of confusion. If this is so, how come nothing is said about the measures being taken by authorities to closely monitor the suspect to arrest the possibility of exposing the people to untold mayhem. 

The public deserves to know the unexpurgated version of the investigative profiling on the suspect. Now that they are still grappling with unbearable loss, now is the time to reveal the truth!!!
