Kaban ni D_BystandeR: ANGAYANG PALAPDAN ANG PANAN-AW SA MGA MANANAKOP
It's
always good to see things done in accordance with what is written in the books.
But too much reliance of what's in the
books without giving some kind of consideration to people's ability to survive should
have been tempered with reason inasmuch as their survival is now at risk since
people who normally consider "shell business" as harmless has to be
careful now that their business is done under the radar or everything they put
their efforts to earn a living will go to naught.
Previously,
"shells compared to illegal drugs" would have been considered
generally safe. With the kind of scarcity of jobs available to the people I
doubt the job of this group led by Loy Madrigal, Capitol Chief Security Officer,
is making the lives of people they caught as miserable. Good for him and his
group because they are receiving salary from the government, what about those
people whom they apprehend?

"Seized Zambo shells may be returned to sea."
