Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KAGAWASAN SA PAGPADAYAG, ANGAYANG IHATAG
The
experience that former US President George Bush had in the Middle East with a
heckler was more intrusive and intimidating compared to that of P-Noy when a
heckler shouted at him in the middle of his speech in Naga City last June 12. Just imagine, Bush has to dodge behind the
podium as the heckler threw his pair of shoes in successive fashion
while in the middle of a speech before he was finally subdued and put under
control by the authorities.
But
the punishment was not so much as foreign leaders, like Pres. Bush, are more
aware of the fact that in a democracy
there is freedom of expression and that it could take in many forms like a pair
of shoes thrown by somebody who does not like your face.

"All quiet after the heckling."
