Whoever wrote that article, "The Air Force Way 2012," should have his head examined. He does not belong to the present generation who realized the "negative effect" of war and the importance of understanding the "root causes" of insurgency which is principally based on extreme poverty obtaining in the countryside and the "lack of understanding" of how government's apparent neglect to provide the necessary assistance for the basic medical and educational needs should be considered. 

The author (name not disclosed) exemplifies he belonged to the "old school" where they value so much of their being remnants of the "utak pulbora" and "to hell" with what the people think of what they are doing as long as they make themselves proud of their image that even a reflection of their shadow is enough for the mountain folks to "tremble" in fear. This is an instance where P-Noy's staff in-charge of this particular segment in the military should conduct an "investigation" otherwise government efforts intended to curb lawlessness in the countryside will just go to naught.
