If this plan to donate the land covered by 93-1 to the landless city residents will ever materialize, it will be considered a lasting boon and a legacy of Governor Jun Davide's administration to the poor city residents who have been constantly hounded by the ever-threatening possibility of a "demolition" to take away their homes.

The biggest credit will go to Gov. Jun for possessing that soft spot in his heart for the poor unlike his predecessor,  former Gov. Gwen who considered money as her greatest drive of governance than to give something big and unforgettable to the poor like owning a piece of land for them to dwell.
