Kaban ni D_BystandeR: LOTE 93-1 DAKONG HAGIT SA LIDERATO NI GOV. JUN???

The issue about the 93-1 to materialize hinges much in the sincerity of Gov. Jun Davide because it is the Capitol's decision that matters most. When Tommy O was still there working to have the issue of that lot settled with former  Gov. Gwen, it fizzled out because Gwen had a different idea how to do it and Mike Rama was only there to say yes to whatever Gwen did.

Now that Gov. Jun is there and he is espousing a favorable decision to donate the lot to the concerned lot occupants, Mayor Mike can do nothing, except to abide with what the Governor wants to do. It is inconceivable and hardly irreconcilable to think that Tommy who originally wants the problem with 93-1 solved during his time will cause to influence the City Council, as what Bong wants to imply in his column that he wants to blur the image of Tommy O in as far as the solution to the 93-1 is concerned. It is my contention that if Tommy's idea was to make it a win-win solution for the occupants before, the sincerity of Tommy is still there regardless of whether Mike Rama is the sitting Mayor of Cebu City.
