It was during the senate hearing with Recto, that Abad admitted the Malampaya fund worth P135B were all gone and affirmed by the National Treasury Chief at the hearing . It's no longer there. Just in passing that these stealers shrugged off that huge amount as if it was only a few thousand pesos lost that is not worth talking about. Nobody doubted about the role and participation of Abad in the total looting of the national coffer. The rest of the vultures can only salivate their share if not for Abad whoholds the keys of the taxpayers' money. Abad and Aquino played a major role in stealing trillons of taxpayers' money. These people together with the vultures in senate and congress should be choppedand thrown in Pasig river.

The first time I learned this man Abad was linked to DAP Funds, I can just wonder  how gifted this man could be that he could release billions of taxpayers' money under the radar. The recent development pointing to him as Janet Lim-Napoles' mentor could not be far-fetched as he has the "talent and capability" about how to raise funds na walang sabit.

May sabit si Abad at si Aquino doon sa source ng illegal DAP. Because those billions were taken out from the funded projects in the middle of the year misdeclared as savings. All these projects for the countryside developments intended for the  people to benefit from it were all stopped. What reason they gave? They just said no money for it. When in reality they transferred those legally appropriated money to the DAP. Walanghiya talaga ang mga taong 'yan. These are the Hyatt 10 who left Aling Gloria when they  could not get anything anymore from her.

But it all makes sense. Butch Abad is the perfect  mastermind for the perfect crime. Butch Abad was formerly a representative from the lone district of Batanes. In the halls of congress, Butch Abad cut his  teeth in the art of scamming the pork barrel. Then, he was appointed as the DepEd Secretary by Arroyo, where he learned the potential for bigger scams such as the egg & noddle scam which would later be perfected by  Jesli Lapus (P-Noy's second cousin). Not long after, Butch Abad moved on to become the DAR Secretary where he learned to exempt agricultural lands

from agrarian reform in exchange for a lucrative fee. In fairness to Butch  Abad, he's such a quick study that it doesn't take long for him to learn the ropes. With such an extensive background in the government sector, Butch Abad is the perfect tutor for the perfect protege such as Napoles. If I wanted to go into big time plunder, I would also seek out Butch Abad to be my mentor. Of course, we all want to learn from the best, the brightest and the baldest. If anything, Butch Abad must be proud of his special talent and highly specializedskills. Huwag na po kayong mahiya Sir Butch.
