This President (P-Noy) seems to forget that our country is already heavily staggering in foreign debt borrowing plus the fact that our people are already heavily taxed and yet he seems to concentrate  his appetite in acquiring extremely expensive military hardware forgetting that our poor countrymen have been recently victimized by that monster typhoon Yolanda in Tacloban City and in northern Cebu. As if he did not know that they have not yet received enough government assistance to be back on their feet to be able to move on as they are still pitifully wallowing in miserable living conditions. And yet he has the temerity to show off his uncontrolled flair for something that only the highly industrializedand economically developed countries are heard of to behave as such.
