I wonder why this "Professor Xavier" would take the pains in writing a lengthy reply to Tommy O when in fact he is just acting as Mayor Mike's "PR man." And to highlight some of his views he would repetitiously mention (for 2 times) the number of votes garnered by "his mayor" as if he does not know that there is an electoral protest filed by Tommy with the COMELEC and the number of votes he mentioned cannot be considered as final as it could still possibly and variably change to whichever party depending upon the outcome of that election protest. And he would even have the gall to mention the P400M which Tommy gave to Eddiegul of Talisay City as "ill-conceived" as it could have helped "his mayor" (according to him) to fund some of his city projects? Maybe this "Professor" did not know the reason why Tommy opted to give it instead to Eddiegul because Rama would not let Tommy apply the "money" for road improvement purposes inside the city's south district (for fear that it could help swell Tommy's election chances to win  in those areas) as he (Rama) wants to be the one to decide where that said "money" be applied - to mountain barangays of his own choosing - to "grab the credit" for it. If this "Professor" would only use a "little" logic he can easily see why Tommy chose to do what he did.

And besides, the road improvement to which that funding would be applied, according to Tommy's explanation, would redound to the benefits that will ultimately accrue to SRP in improving its (SRP's) market value as vehicles passing there from Carcar City and Naga City in exiting to Cebu City will have a good panoramic view of the developments unfolding in the area from the prospective investors' perspective. And the "Rallos case" which this "Professor" is already basking about in what he claimed as Rama's victory is still not conclusive yet as the case can still be elevated to the Supreme Court by Rallos family by filing "MR" or Motion for Reconsideration.
