Kaban ni D_BystandeR: KINSA MAN KINI SI MA'AM ARLENE???

The Supreme Court known as a group mainly dominated by justices belonging to the "Old Boys Club" who relied on their numerical superiority as a "collegial body" when it comes to making a decision to overrule what Chief Justice Maria Sereno has earlier decided, has limited the role of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in its probe on the reported influence peddling in the judiciary allegedly perpetrated by a certain "Ma'am Arlene."

 Afraid that the current investigation conducted by the NBI on what hit the headlines recently about the activities of that "Ma'am Arlene" who is widely known to have fixed court decisions in the high court and in the Court of Appeals (CA) in favor of her "moneyed clients" which was requested by Chief Justice Sereno through DOJ Secretary Leila de Lima would result in the identification of those justices involved in the "decision fixing scam" and could unmask their "unholy alliance" with that "influential lady" issued the ruling to control the outcome of the investigation by limiting the functions of the NBI in the course of their investigation according to their "own script" to protect their own skin from being caught in the web of corruption.

Earlier expose would point out to "Ma'am Arlene" engaged in granting lavished luxurious gifts to the wives of the SC justices during Christmas season in the hope of influencing the high court's decision in favor of the "Lady's" rich clients.
